Most days, from early spring to late authem, you can almust but touch them from our balcony when in the morning they use the thermic to rise above the valley.

Village life

Yes, most of the time it's a quiet place.
But do not be fooled! Sapeira is far from abandoned. On the weekends and on most of the many holy days, it turns into a lively, marry place of happy people.

Wildlife

Its everywhere. Staring you in the face, daring you to enter their world. Foxes, deer, wild pigs, birds, snakes, you name it.

Its hard work

After a day full of adventure, a person needs to relax !

Water

Its everywhere. Melted snow from the heigh mountains is kept in the artificial lakes forming the great water reserves for the plaines beneith.

Fun for tourists who love to swim, canoe or sup in the summer sun.

But also giving live to fish, insects, otters or any other thirsty anymal.

Ride and live

So you are an adventurer! You like to sway trough the curvy mountain roads around the great lakes and over the steep mountains. You laugh when the tarmac ends and fearlesly turn your bike on the goath path that dissapears into the distant mountain valley.
